Refreshing, creamy, vanilla-kissed Coca-Cola drink with a surprise sprinkle of salt
Fresh from the holler — new cookin' and coolin' down!
On a hot summer day in the holler, sometimes you just need something cold, creamy, and a little different. This Coca-Cola Polar Bear is my go-to refresher. It’s simple, but that little splash of cream and sprinkle of salt takes it to another level.
12 oz regular Coca-Cola (nice and cold)
1 teaspoon Mexican vanilla extract (or regular vanilla if that’s what you got)
1–2 tablespoons heavy cream or French vanilla coffee creamer
Tiny pinch of salt on top
1. Fill a tall glass with ice if you like it extra cold.
2. Pour in the cold Coca-Cola.
3. Add the teaspoon of Mexican vanilla extract and give it a gentle stir.
4. Slowly pour in the heavy cream or French vanilla creamer. It’ll make pretty little swirls on top.
5. Finish with a tiny sprinkle of salt on top — trust me, it makes the flavors pop.
6. Sip slow and enjoy that creamy, vanilla-kissed Coca-Cola goodness.
Mexican vanilla is my favorite — it has a deeper, richer flavor that really shines here.
Use regular Coca-Cola, not diet. The real sugar helps it taste right.
Don’t skip the pinch of salt — it cuts the sweetness and makes everything taste brighter.
Great on a hot day or as a fun treat after supper.
